On 5th March 2022, AYLF-Rwanda held its annual coordinators retreat at Hill Top Hotel. This retreat was attended by 90 small group coordinators and their mentees from different campuses we operate in from Kigali, Southern, Eastern, Western and Northern provinces. From the impactful sharings from Mr.Tim Kreutter about AYLF DNA & tips on how to lead a small group effectively, Mr. Allan about the Unguzo program - our new aylf curriculum, and Pascal about Building a strong small group for life long term friendship… participants were able to learn a lot of skills that will help then grow, become transformed and lead themselves and others effectively.
