The AYLF INES Chapter conducted a leadership training session on Wednesday, 22nd April 2026, at the Civil Hall. The session was facilitated by the National Director, Dr. HAKIZA Pascal Kizungu, aimed at equipping students with effective habits that enhance personal development, leadership, and long-term impact in society.
He further defined success as an achievement that extends beyond the individual to benefit others, even across generations, stressing that true success should not end with oneself but should create lasting impact. He encouraged participants to strive to become heroes rather than zeros, emphasizing that both potentials exist within every individual and that daily choices determine which one is developed.
In addition, he described the developmental chain through which habits are formed, beginning with thoughts, which influence words, then actions, which develop into habits, eventually shaping character and ultimately determining one’s destiny.
Words can't explain our gratitudes towards AYLF and specifical to the National Director Dr. HAKIZA for their dedication in investing in empowering the next generation of leaders and responsible citizens.
