AYLF-MKU Chapter in collaboration with the University is conducting a two days Induction & Leadership Training for the new student leader (MKUSA-Guild Council and Club's leaders) from today 12th to 13th, March, 2026. On the 1st day of the training, Dr. Pascal KIZUNGU HAKIZA (Co-founder & Director of AYLF-Rwanda) was able to take all the participants through transformative and empowering sessions about: - Understanding Leadership, - Leadership Ethics, Integrity and Values in student governance, - Emotional Intelligence and Interpersonal Skills in leadership - Decision-Making and Problem-Solving in leadership, Balancing Leadership Responsibilities and Academic Success.

This was so edifying and impactful moment to student leaders getting us ready to serve our fellow students and MKU University at our level best.
