Pan African Movement Chapter @INES_Ruhengeri in collaboration with INES Ruhengeri University and AYLF hosted an amazing event this week on 12th/3/2025 under the theme “Empowering young Pan African Leaders for positive Change” and the panel discussion by the Vice Chancellor of Ines Ruhengeri, Pastor Joseph Bright, the country director of AYLF - Dr. Pascal K. HAKIZA and the Guild President of INES was so inspiring, full of wisdom  and higher patriotic spirit for Africa which has empowered our mindset and opened our eyes as youths to start being responsible now and make this Africa we want a better place.
