More than 25 AYLF small group members at IPRC-Kigali participated in our weekly dialogue discussing about “Trust & Leadership” which took place virtually. Different skills were learnt including but not limited to: Meaning and importance of trust in leadership, strategies to building and maintain trust,… etc.
