Sunday last week marked an end of a 5 days of learning and networking with over 150 young leaders from different countries of Africa, AYLF Alumni, Mentors and friends from allover the world that took place in Kenya from 29th May to 2nd June 2024. Participants were also able to attend Kenya National Prayer Breakfast of Leader that took place on 30th/May/2024.

A lot were shared in bother the Prayer Breakfast and in the Leadership Retreat. And what captured my mind was the realization that:

1. As a leader, I am not called to be successful, I am called to be faithful. (To be faithful with the position or responsibility or vision, to be faithful with the people and to be faithful with the resources entrusted to me) 
2. There is not prosperous country in Africa without a thriving continent of Africa. Our African destinies are all intertwined.
