Last week on Saturday 20th April 2024, AYLF INES, UR CAVM, IPRC Musanze, UoK, and Student leaders gathered together for a leadership conference on the topic: “Leadership and Relationship” shared with us by Dr. Pascal, - the country Director of AYLF as our guest speaker.

we got to know that leadership is about building and sustaining relationships and that relationship precede influence which will finally make you a leader. There will be no success in leadership if there is no success in relationships… there inseparable.

He also reminded us of the 4 things we should leave with from the campus life which are: knowledge, exposure, skills and Network

The agenda of the day included * morale and fun games, eating together, questions and answers etc

We really had a good educative session that changed our perspectives about leadership. Leadership is not power, not authority nor control but a relationship, I quote the speaker Dr. Pascal
