Timothy(Tim) Kreutter is a Patron and Senior Mentor at Africa Youth Leadership Forum (AYLF) and a Co-founder & Director at Cornerstone Development Africa (CDA) a Non-Governmental Organization that is among the longest-running youth leadership development initiatives in Africa. Established in 1988, CDA has had an outstanding track record over the years with schools ranking among the top in each respective country where it works. All its programs strategically engage under-privileged high-potential young people with a special focus on youth leadership development. Through AYLF, some of its graduates are now inspiring, influencing, and impacting nearly every sector of society.

Tim Studied M.B.A at Eastern University, St. Davids, Pennsylvania but chose the road of transforming lives of many youths as a calling by helping them have education and also provide personal development skills through nurturing them and keep a network of leaders. He loves telling the Youth, “One of the best things you can do for the world is to nurture yourself in ways that build up your inner light and joy – to such a degree that when people are in your presence you are a fountain of inspiration, peace, and life to them.”
